8 days a week

Another post with a title inspired by the Beatles . But why 8 days a week? Well at the moment it feels like I could do with 8 days a week to fuit everything in but more importantly because here’s a list of 8 ways you can help support Help for Heroes.

There are a couple of other ways too, you could……

Say hello if you are passing the Royal Sussex County Hospital in Brighton tomorrow, i’ll be in the Car Park on the Turbo Trainer collecting donations in exchange for getting your bike security marked

Pop in to ESK warehouse on Good Friday where I’ll be packing bags and collecting pennies. Oh and you can  guess the number of Easter Eggs in a jar for a small donation.

You could come along to the Hero Quiz on Saturday April 20th at the Naval Club in Eastbourne and enter a team of up to 5 for £10

You could pop in to The Hidden Cellar Restaurant in Eastbourne for a coffee & pop your change in a collecting tin there and collect an H4H wristband to wear.

You could visit my BmyCharity online fundraising page at http://www.bmycharity.com/SimonWParistoLondonpedal

or you could text BBBR51 £2 to 70070 and donate £2 to my fundraising efforts

and if that lot’s not enough you can follow me on Twitter at @SiWHi to keep up with what I’m getting up to.

Thanks for reading

Simon
